2. SMS Program Description

The Brainy Company LLC (doing business as The Brainy Company) operates a text messaging program for people who have asked us to contact them. Messages are sent only to numbers whose owners have given express written consent, and may include:

  • Replies to consulting inquiries you have sent us
  • Consultation scheduling and appointment reminders
  • Home buyer or seller guidance you have asked for
  • Property and market research updates, and written recommendations
  • Customer support communications and account notifications
  • Promotional offers, discounts and related marketing communications, where you have given separate consent for marketing messages

3. Opt-In & Opt-Out

By opting in to our SMS program you agree to receive text messages as described above. Consent for non-marketing messages and consent for marketing messages are given separately, and consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send a single confirmation and then stop. You can rejoin at any time by replying START.

4. Message Frequency & Costs

Message frequency varies, typically 2–6 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to every message you send and receive, depending on your carrier plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

5. Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and your device, and carriers do not guarantee that messages will be delivered.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, to participate in our SMS program and to engage our services. By opting in you confirm that you are 18 or over and that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide.
