The terms that apply to this website and to the The Brainy Company text messaging program. Effective September 10, 2026.

1. Acceptance

This website is operated by The Brainy Company LLC (doing business as The Brainy Company). By using the site or opting in to our text messages you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Informational content

The guides and other content on this site are general educational information about real estate. They are not legal, tax, financial or investment advice and do not create a client relationship. 3. Text messaging (SMS) program

The Brainy Company LLC (doing business as The Brainy Company) operates a text messaging program for people who have asked us to contact them about our services. Messages are sent only to numbers whose owners have given express written consent.

Message frequency varies, typically 2–6 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to every message you send and receive. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send a single confirmation and then stop. You can rejoin at any time by replying START.

Reply HELP to any message for assistance. Reply HELP to any message from The Brainy Company for assistance, or contact us using the details below.

Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and your device.

Your mobile number and consent record are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

The text, design and other content on this site belong to The Brainy Company LLC (doing business as The Brainy Company) unless otherwise noted. You may read and share links to our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires our written permission.
